Contact us

support@trustsorbit.app

Write to us in Spanish or English. We read every message and reply within two business days. Tell us your username and what happened — that is usually enough for us to find the problem.

Common questions

I forgot my password

On the Log in screen, tap Forgot your password? and enter the email address you signed up with. We will send you a link to set a new one. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us.

My friend confirmed a payment but the charge still shows as pending

A charge closes when both sides act: the person who owes marks it as paid, and the person who is owed confirms they received it. If one of those steps is missing, the charge stays open. Open the charge to see which step it is waiting on.

I marked a payment as received by mistake

Confirmations cannot be undone from the app, because they are what the trust score is built on. Write to us with your username and the charge, and we will look at it with you.

Someone is charging me for something I did not agree to

Open the charge and choose I did not receive this to dispute it. That marks the charge as disputed and stops it from counting as a normal debt. You can also block the person from your profile. If you think someone is abusing the app, write to us.

How do I delete my account?

See Account Deletion for the full steps and for exactly what gets deleted and what we have to keep. Important: if you own a group, deleting your account also deletes that group for every other member.

What data does Trust Orbit collect?

Less than you might expect — we do not ask for your date of birth, gender, phone number, or country. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what we store and why.
